He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Montana State University, and has led major energy reduction projects, system optimization, solar implementation, high voltage electrical systems, HVAC, and process safety initiatives throughout his career.
